Booking Process for

Permanent Makeup

  • A $75 ($50 for Liner) non refundable booking fee is required for all Initial Permanent Makeup services at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This booking fee is deducted from the total price.

  • A $50 non refundable booking fee is required for Tattoo Removal or Colour Correction sessions.

  • Prices are subject to change at anytime 

  • Deposits are paid during the booking process on my booking site

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you must rebook within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • Late fee for your Permanent Makeup appointment is $25 for the first 10-30 minutes. Anything later than 30 minutes will require a new appointment to be made and the initial deposit forfeited.

  • This deposit is transferable one time for the same appointment type so long as I am given a minimum of 48 hours notice.

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel touch-ups. If this amount of time is not given, you are required to pay 100% of the appointment cost.

  • 24 hours notice is required when booking brow lamination, lash lifts and facial waxing services. If 24 hours is not given and I am unable to fill the spot you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost. 

  • If you choose to cancel your Cosmetic Tattoo appointment at any time, the booking fee is forfeited.

  • If you no-show, you forfeit your original deposit and will be required to pay the appointment price in full in order to book your procedure.

  • Notice given the day of requires a 50% cancellation fee for all Permanent Makeup services

  • Giveaways are to be used within 6 months of winning and cannot be gifted to someone else. 

  • Gift Certificates - Must be used within 12 months of purchase. Non-refundable. Must be shown at the time of the appointment. Cannot be used towards booking fees. 

  • No refunds are given on any services that have been completed. This includes permanent makeup, spa services and/or any training agreements with Melissa or any staff or subcontractors within Coast to Coast.

Reasons you may not be the right candidate for a Cosmetic Tattoo. Please read this thoroughly before proceeding to book.

  • You are under the age of 18

  • Sick(Cold/Flu)

  • Symptomatic in anyway in regards to cold, flu or covid

  • Prone to Keloids

  • You have diabetes - Doctor's note required*

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • You have glaucoma

  • Taking blood thinning medicines (e.g., aspirin, warfarin) - Doctor's note required*

  • You have skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema on the eyebrow area

  • Use of retinol/AHA must be avoided 30 days prior

  • You have transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis or other viral infections

  • You have a haemophilia

  • You have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • You are on any skin medication such as Accutane or steroids(must be off Accutane for 12 months prior)

  • You have active cancer

  • You undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

  • Uncontrolled Low/High Blood Pressure

  • You have epilepsy - Doctors note required*

  • You have a pacemaker or major heart problems - Doctor's note required*

  • You had Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment

  • Invasive facial treatment within 4 weeks of your appointment

  • Organ Transplant within the last 3 years - Doctor's note required*

 

 

 

 

COVID - 19 Guidelines

  • Please do not bring any guests

  • Do not show up until your appointment time. Appointments will not start until the time of unless I have messaged you prior.

  • If possible, please shower prior to your appointment 

  • Please come to your appointment with a mask

  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering - Sanitizer will be supplied

  • Please refrain from touching your cell phone or any other items in your purse during your appointment

If you’re sick, coughing, have difficulty breathing, fever, taking care of someone who is sick, quarantined due to Covid-19 or someone in your household is under quarantine within the last 30 days please let your beauty professional know.
