A legal disclaimer
The policies outlined below are intended to provide transparency regarding booking, deposits, cancellations, and refunds for all services provided by Coast to Coast Beauty. These terms are designed to protect both the client and technician’s time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed on this page.
Booking + Deposits
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all initial permanent makeup appointments at the time of booking to secure your spot. This fee is deducted from your total service cost at your appointment. Booking fees are paid during the online booking process. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Rescheduling + Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, you must rebook within seven days of your original appointment in order to transfer your booking fee. This can be done one time only. To transfer your fee, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for tattoo services. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. Twenty-four hours’ notice is required to cancel touch-ups, microneedling, and laser services. If notice is not given, a 50% fee of the scheduled service applies. If you cancel your cosmetic tattoo appointment entirely, your booking fee is forfeited. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and are responsible for paying a no show fee equal to the full service price before rebooking.
Refunds
All booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for completed services, including tattoo, microneedling or laser services. This policy also applies to all training sessions, subcontracted services, or staff within Coast to Coast Beauty. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference after a service has been performed.
Laser, Microneedling, and Dermplaning services when pre-purchased as a package are non-refundable but are transferable. Skincare can be refunded or exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase as long as no more than 10% of the product as been used.
Gift Certificates + Giveaways
Gift certificates must be shown at the time of service and cannot be applied toward booking fees. Giveaway prizes must be used within six months and cannot be transferred or gifted to another person.
